DECLARATION
of 6 September 2010
on the provision of information on certain dangerous chemical products
According to Section 22 (5) of Act No. 356 / 2003 Coll., on Chemicals and Chemicals and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 371 / 2008 Coll., (hereinafter referred to as "the Act '), the Ministry of Health provides:
§ 1
Subject matter
This Decree provides for a law for chemical products classified as hazardous under § 2 (2) (a) to (n) (chemical products)
(a) the formalities for providing information on the effects of these products on health, including information on their composition and physico-chemical properties, using the Chemicals and Products Programme (CHLAP);
(b) the form of the electronic form of the information referred to in (a) and the data interface.
§ 2
Forms of information provision, form of electronic form and data interface
(1) The formalities for the provision of information on chemical products referred to in Article 1 (1) (a) are set out in Annex 1 to this Decree.
(2) The form of electronic form of information on chemical preparations and data interface is set out in Annex 2 to this Decree.
(3) If information from the safety data sheet is provided in accordance with the directly applicable EU Regulation, which is listed as optional in Annex 1 to this Regulation, it shall also be provided on the terms, form and data interface of this Regulation. The information referred to in Article 45 of Regulation (EC) No 1272 / 20081 of the European Parliament and of the Council shall not be intended for the transmission to other bodies.
§ 3
Transitional provision
Under this decree, contractors or importers who first placed chemical products on the market after the entry into force of this decree are proceeding.
§ 4
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 October 2010.
