DECLARATION

of 10 October 2007

declaring the National Nature Reserve Žebráčka and laying down its close protection conditions

According to § 79 (3) (b) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on the Conservation of Nature and Landscape, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., ("the Act '):

§ 1

Subject matter

(1) The National Nature Reserve Žebráčka (the "National Nature Reserve") is hereby declared.

(2) The reason for the special protection is a complex of natural forest and wetland ecosystems linked to the natural relief of river terraces of the river Bečva, mainly represented by the meadow forests formed by the communities of Querco - Ulmetum and their transitions to other types of mixed leafy forests, in particular the communities of Carici pilosae - Carpinetum, characterised by a high variety of native plant and animal species.

§ 2

Definition of the national nature reserve

The national nature reserve is situated in the territory of the Olomouc Region, in the cadastral territories of Přerov and Popovice near Přerov. The national nature reserve boundaries shall be determined by closed geometric patterns with direct sides whose vertices are determined by the coordinates given in the single trigonometric network of the cadastral1). The lists of coordinates of closed geometric patterns and their individual vertices arranged as follows in the figures are contained in Annex 1 to this Decree. The indicative graphical representation of the national nature reserve area is contained in Annex 2 to this decree.

§ 3

Closer protection conditions

Only with the consent of the competent nature conservation authority can the national nature reserve

(a) to make changes to the types of land or methods of exploitation (2);

(b) adjust the road surface (3) using non-local natural material of the same geological origin;

(d) allow the free movement of dogs, except for the exercise of hunting rights.

§ 4

Efficacy

This Decree shall take effect on 1 November 2007.
