COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 7 August 2003
on the imposition of collective agreements of a higher degree and amendments to collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that, in accordance with § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, this collective agreement of higher degree and the following additions to collective agreements of higher degree were imposed on him from 1.7.2003 to 31.7.2003:
1. Collective contract of higher degree for the furniture industry for 2003 (30 April 2003)
between
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic
and
Association of Czech Furniture.
2. Appendix 1 to the higher-grade collective agreement for the furniture industry for 2003 (14 July 2003) concluded
between
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic
and
Association of Czech Furniture.
3. Appendix 1 to the collective agreement of the higher degree between 1.1.2002 and 31.12.2002 (of 5 June 2003) concluded
between
Trade union of agricultural and nutrition workers - Association of Free Unions of the Czech Republic
and
The agricultural union of the Czech Republic.
4. Appendix 1 to the collective agreement of the higher degree between 1.1.2003 and 31.12.2003 (of 25 June 2003) concluded
between
KOVO Trade Union
and
The Union of foundries of the Czech Republic.
