Communication from the Energy Regulatory Authority No 264 / 2018 Coll.

The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the Jurisdiction of the Bodies of the Czech Republic in the Price Field, as amended, § 17 (6) (d) of the Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms of Business and on the Performance of State Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, and Article 6 of the Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, Decision No. 5 / 2018 of 6 November 2018 amending ERO No. 2 / 2013 on the Prices of Heat Energy, as amended by Decision No. 4 / 2015.

According to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Act, the Energy Regulatory Authority published Price Decision No 5 / 2018 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 7 November 2018, amounting to 8. The price decision became valid on that date of publication. It shall apply from 1 January 2019.
