GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 4 July 2012
amending Government Regulation No 479 / 2009 Coll., on determining the consequences of a breach of cross-compliance of the granting of certain aid, as amended by Government Regulation No 369 / 2010 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to § 2b (2) and § 2c (5) of Act No. 252 / 1997 Coll., on Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 128 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 85 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 291 / 2009 Coll., and under § 1 (3) of Act No. 256 / 2000 Coll., on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund and on the amendment of certain other laws (Act on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund), as amended by Act No. 441 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 291 / 2009 Coll.:
Government Regulation No 479 / 2009 Coll., on the determination of the consequences of a breach of cross compliance of the granting of certain aid, as amended by Government Regulation No 369 / 2010 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No. 2, Part A, Act No. 4, Claim Number 1, Column Definition of the requirement in the Czech legislation, "No. 103 / 2003 Coll., as amended 'is replaced by" No. 262 / 2012 Coll., on the determination of vulnerable areas and action programme'.
2. In Annex No 2, Part A, Act No 4, Claim No 2, Column, Text of Requirement, the words "Annex 3 to Government Regulation No 103 / 2003 Coll. 'are replaced by the words" Annex 3 to Government Regulation No 262 / 2012 Coll., on the establishment of vulnerable areas and an action programme'.
3. In Annex No. 2, Part A, Act No. 4, Requirement No. 2, Column Definition of the requirement in the Czech legislation, "No. 103 / 2003 Coll., as amended," is replaced by "No. 262 / 2012 Coll., on the determination of vulnerable areas and action programme."
4. In Annex No. 2, Part A, Act No. 4, Clause No. 3, Column Definition of the requirement in the Czech legislation, "No. 103 / 2003 Coll., as amended," is replaced by "No. 262 / 2012 Coll., on the determination of vulnerable areas and action programme."
5. In Annex No. 2, Part A, Act No. 4, Clause No. 4, Column Definition of the requirement in the Czech legislation, "No. 103 / 2003 Coll., as amended," is replaced by "No. 262 / 2012 Coll., on the determination of vulnerable areas and action programme."
6. In Annex No. 2, Part A, for Act No. 4, Clause No. 5, Column Definition of the requirement in the Czech legislation, the words "No. 103 / 2003 Coll., as amended 'are replaced by the words" No. 262 / 2012 Coll., on the determination of vulnerable areas and action programme'.
7. In Annex No. 2, Part A, Act No. 4, Clause No. 6, Column Definition of the requirement in the Czech legislation, "No. 103 / 2003 Coll., as amended," is replaced by "No. 262 / 2012 Coll., on the determination of vulnerable areas and action programme."
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 August 2012.
