THE LAW
of 4 August 2011
amending Act No. 185 / 2001 Coll., on waste and amending certain other laws, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Article 37e (6) of Act No. 185 / 2001 Coll., on waste and amending certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 297 / 2009 Coll., the first sentence is added at the end of the text "and shall be used to support investment and non-investment actions of legal and natural persons related to environmental protection and improvement, in particular to promote the collection, processing, recovery and disposal of selected cars and their parts'.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
