DECLARATION

of 10 October 2007

declaring the Javarina National Nature Reserve and laying down its close protection conditions

According to § 79 (3) (b) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on the Conservation of Nature and Landscape, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., ("the Act '):

§ 1

Subject matter

(1) The Javarina National Nature Reserve ("the National Nature Reserve") is hereby declared.

(2) The reason for the special protection is the original deciduous crops in the Massif of the Great Maple, consisting primarily of flowery beets (Dentario enneophylli-Fagetum) and rubble (Tilio-Acerion), which have a forest-like character in its top part.

§ 2

Definition of the national nature reserve

The national nature reserve is situated in the territory of the Zlín Region, in the cadastral territory of the Strážní. The national nature reserve boundaries shall be determined by a closed geometric pattern with direct sides, the vertices of which are determined by the coordinates of the single trigonometric network system of the cadastral1). The list of coordinates of the vertices of the geometric pattern, as they go in the pattern behind each other and setting the boundaries of the national nature reserve, is set out in Annex 1 to this decree. An indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national nature reserve is given in Annex 3 to this decree.

§ 3

Closer protection conditions

Only with the consent of the competent nature conservation authority can the national nature reserve

(a) to make changes to the types of land or methods of exploitation (2);

(b) to adjust the road surface (3) using non-local natural material of the same geological origin;

§ 4

Protection zone

The protection zone of the national nature reserve is situated in the territory of the Zlín Region, in the cadastral territory of the Strážní. The national nature reserve protection zone boundaries shall be determined by a separate enclosed geometric pattern with direct sides whose vertices are determined by the coordinates of the single trigonometric network system of the cadastral1). The list of coordinates of the vertices of the geometric pattern as they follow in the pattern, which set the boundaries of the national nature reserve protection zone, is set out in Annex 2 to this decree. The indicative graphical representation of the national nature reserve protection zone is given in Annex 3 to this Decree.

§ 5

Efficacy

This Decree shall take effect on 1 November 2007.
