DECLARATION

amending and supplementing the Decree of the Ministry of Finance No. 192 / 1993 Coll., on the stamp of stamp
The Ministry of Finance according to § 59 paragraph 4 and § 104 paragraph 2 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 337 / 1992 Coll., on the Administration of Taxes and Fees, as amended, provides:
Decree of the Ministry of Finance No. 192 / 1993 Coll., on the stamp of scaling, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1 (1), the figure "2 'is deleted in the column" in values'.
2. Article 1 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The stamps in all individual values shall be printed on separate printing sheets."
3. In Paragraph 2 (2), the last sentence reads: "The stamps are printed in combination with a steel and raster rotogravure printing on a price paper with protective fibres and a watermark in the form of stylized lime leaves. '
4. Article 2 (5) reads as follows:
"(5) The wheel marks of all values are secured against counterfeiting in a special colour that lights up under the UV lamp and changes the shade when copying. The colour is placed as a subprinting of a rectangle with the value of the stamp on both the upper and lower parts of the stamp."
Transitional provisions
(1) The stamp still in force shall be used until stocks are consumed but no later than 30 June 1998.
(2) Unused and undamaged scooters may be exchanged at post offices until 30 September 1998 inclusive, in a ratio of 1: 1.
(3) The stamps of more than 10 pieces are to be handed over to post offices classified by value, inserted in open envelopes together with a list containing the number and value of the stamps by value and the total and aggregate value of the stamps submitted.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 November 1997.
