amending Act No. 137 / 2020 Coll., on certain adjustments in the field of sales records in connection with the declaration of emergency status
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No 137 / 2020 Coll., on certain adjustments in the field of the registration of sales in connection with the declaration of emergency status, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1 (1), the words "the date of termination of the emergency situation declared on 12 March 2020 'are replaced by the words" 30 September 2020'.
2. In Article 1 (2), the words "within a period of 3 months from the date of completion of the emergency period announced on 12 March 2020 'are replaced by the words" until 31 December 2020'.
Transitional provision
The application for authorisation to register sales under the special scheme provided for in Section 11a of Act No. 112 / 2016 Coll., on the registration of sales, as amended by Act No. 256 / 2019 Coll., submitted from the date of entry into force of this Act until 30 September 2020, shall be deemed to have been submitted on 1 October 2020.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day following its publication.
