GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 21 August 2013
on the flat-rate remuneration of the costs of intervention
The Government orders pursuant to § 3a (6) of Act No. 238 / 2000 Coll., on the Fire Department of the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 160 / 2013 Coll.:
Amount of remuneration
The flat-rate amount of the costs for each starting hour of intervention by the fire department of the county, rescue department or voluntary fire department of the municipality is CZK 5,600.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 2013.
