on the imposition of an addendum to a collective agreement of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that, in accordance with the provision of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, was deposited with it between 1.6.2008 and 30.6.2008:
Appendix 1 to the Higher Level Collective Agreement (dated 16.6.2008) concluded between
UNIOS union,
Transgas Union
and
Czech Gas Union - Employee Union.
