DECLARATION

on the exemption from judicial fees of certain types of charges
The Ministry of Finance in agreement with the Ministry of Justice pursuant to § 16 paragraph 1 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 549 / 1991 Coll., on judicial fees, provides:
(1) The legal fee shall be exempt from the legal fee from the punishable acts referred to in items 13 (c) and (d), 20, 21, 22 and 23 of the schedule of judicial fees annexed to the Act of the Czech National Council No 549 / 1991 Coll., on judicial fees, as amended by Act No 36 / 1995 Coll., where, as a result of the damage caused by the floods, they apply for the execution of a tax act by a natural or legal person affected by a summer flood disaster in the calendar year 1997.
(2) The exemption provided for in this Decree may apply until 31 March 1998 at the latest.
The court shall, at the request of the taxpayer, recover the legal fees for the acts which have been remitted pursuant to Paragraph 1 (1), which were collected by the date of entry into force of this Order.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 November 1997.
