DECLARATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 2 October 1996
amending and supplementing Decree of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 83 / 1993 Coll., on catering in social care establishments, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 58 (a) and (c) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 114 / 1988 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the Czech Socialist Republic institutions in social security, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 144 / 1991 Coll. and the Act of the Czech National Council No. 582 / 1991 Coll.:
Decree of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 83 / 1993 Coll., on catering in social care establishments, as amended by Decree No. 139 / 1994 Coll. and Decree No. 147 / 1995 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 8 (1), including footnote 6, reads as follows:
"(1) The food units shall be:
(a) in institutions for disabled young people, in institutes for disabled young people with associated mental disabilities, in institutes for disabled young people with multiple defects, in institutions for mentally disabled young people and in separate departments or institutes for weekly stays (6), in bodies for disabled young people with associated mental disabilities, in bodies for disabled young people with multiple defects or mentally disabled youth for dependants:
| 1. ve věku od 3 do 6 let | 32,00 Kč až 42,00 Kč, |
| 2. ve věku od 6 do 12 let | 36,00 Kč až 48,00 Kč, |
| 3. ve věku od 12 let | 40,00 Kč až 56,00 Kč, |
| 4. trvale upoutané na lůžko | 32,00 Kč až 56,00 Kč; |
if diet is provided, the amount of diet unit increases by 6 CZK per person per day, for diabetic diet by 12 CZK per person per day,
(b) in separate departments or institutes for the day-to-day residence of disabled young people, disabled young people with associated mental disabilities, disabled young people with multiple defects, mentally disabled young people and young people arriving at the institution for the disabled youth for the ward:
| 1. ve věku od 3 do 6 let | 17,60 Kč až 23,10 Kč, |
| 2. ve věku od 6 do 12 let | 19,80 Kč až 26,40 Kč, |
| 3. ve věku od 12 let | 22,00 Kč až 30,80 Kč, |
| 4. trvale upoutané na lůžko | 17,60 Kč až 30,80 Kč; |
if diet is provided, the amount of diet unit increases by CZK 3.60 per person per day, for diabetic diet by CZK 7.20 per person per day,
(c) in the homes of pensioners and other institutions for adult citizens, including the following institutes for weekly stays: 6)
| 1. strava normální | 40,00 Kč až 56,00 Kč, |
| 2. strava dietní | 44,00 Kč až 58,00 Kč, |
| 3. dieta diabetická, bílkovinná a výživná | 56,00 Kč až 68,00 Kč, |
(d) in separate departments or institutes for the daily stay of adult citizens:
| 1. strava normální | 22,00 Kč až 30,80 Kč, |
| 2. strava dietní | 24,20 Kč až 31,90 Kč, |
| 3. dieta diabetická, bílkovinná a výživná | 30,80 Kč až 37,40 Kč. |
6) § 74 of Decree No. 182 / 1991 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 137 / 1994 Coll. '
2. In Paragraph 8 (2), the end of the period shall be replaced by a semicolon, adding the following sentence: "In so doing, it shall also determine the financial standard for the average cost of food belonging to individual main and secondary meals."
3. In Paragraph 8 (4), "CZK 120 'is replaced by" CZK 150'.
4. In Paragraph 8 (5), the amount "CZK 62 'is replaced by" CZK 68' and the amount "CZK 30 'is replaced by" CZK 32'.
5. Paragraph 9 (3) is deleted.
Paragraphs 4 and 5 shall be renumbered paragraphs 3 and 4.
6. In Paragraph 9 (3), the following sentence is added at the end: "However, the contract price may not be lower than the sum of the purchase price of the raw materials and the amount of the overhead (paragraph 2) '.
7. In Article 12 (1) and (3), the words "and 3 'are deleted.
8. In the first sentence of Article 13 (3), "Paragraph 9 (5) 'is replaced by" Paragraph 9 (4)' and in the second sentence the words "and 3 'are deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 November 1996.
