transferring part of the competence of the Single Union of Slovak farmers to the Regional National Committees and the Regional National Committees. *)
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 13, paragraph 2 of the Act on 11 July 1947, No 145 Coll., on the organisation of farmers of the Czechoslovak Republic:
The scope exercised by the Roller Chamber in Bratislava pursuant to § 8, § 2 of the Law of 2 July 1942, No 130 of the Coll. of the Roller Chamber, and under the Government Order of 11 September 1942, No 194 of the Coll. implementing § 8, § 2 of the Roller Chamber Act, and pursuant to § 13, § 2 of the Law No. 145 / 1947 Coll. is transferred to the United Union of Slovak farmers,
(a) as regards the competence exercised by the district authorities on 30 September 1942, the district national committees; and
(b) as regards the competence exercised by the County National Committees on 30 September 1942.
Until such time as the Regional National Committees become operational, they shall exercise their powers under Section 1 (b) of the Agriculture and Land Reform Board.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be implemented by the Minister for Agriculture in agreement with the Ministers involved.
