DECLARATION
of 21 August 2023
amending Decree No. 266 / 1999 Coll., on the method of providing free meals, equipment and transport equipment and on the provision of accommodation for professional soldiers, as amended, and Decree No. 287 / 2016 Coll., on the scope and method of providing the necessary equipment to soldiers in reserve in service
The Ministry of Defence provides pursuant to Section 93 of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 122 / 2012 Coll., and under Section 22 of Act No. 45 / 2016 Coll., on the service of soldiers in reserve:
Amendment of the Decree on the method of providing free meals, equipment and transport equipment and on the accommodation of professional soldiers
Decree No. 266 / 1999 Coll., on the method of providing free meals, equipment and transport equipment and on the accommodation of professional soldiers, as amended by Decree No. 456 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 69 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 334 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 290 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 177 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 17 / 2014 Coll. and Decree No. 431 / 2021 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. At the end of the title of the decree, the words "soldiers in service and soldiers in active reserve" shall be added after the word "occupation."
2. In Article 13 (2), the words "a soldier in reserve who has taken up military active duty (" a soldier in reserve ') or an active reserve soldier ("an active reserve soldier') shall be inserted after the word" a soldier '.
3. In Article 13 (5), the text "No 3 'is replaced by" No 3 and 4'.
4. In Paragraph 14, paragraph 6 is added:
"(6) On the first entry into service of a military active service, a soldier shall be given ownership of the equipment set out in point (a) of Annex 4 to this Order."
5. Article 15, including the title, reads:
Military equipment for loan to a soldier in reserve
(1) For the period of military active service, military-backed soldiers shall be issued for the borrowing of the equipment referred to in point (b) of Annex 4 to this Decree.
(2) Upon completion of the military preparation for the acquisition of basic military knowledge and skills for the period of inclusion in the active reserve, the equipment components referred to in points (b) and (c) of Annex 4 to this Decree shall be issued for the loan of the active reserve.
(3) If additional military equipment is necessary to carry out the duties at the place of service, the soldier shall be provided with the necessary spare parts above the scope laid down in Annex 4 to this Decree in advance of the loan. ';
6. In Article 18, the following paragraph 3 is added:
"(3) If a soldier died in service while performing a military active service, he will give himself to the interpreter of his funeral to bury the soldier a military uniform without shoes and a laundry kit."
7. In the title of Annex 3, the words "issued to a soldier 'are inserted after the words" components'.
8. the following Annex 4 is added:

Transitional provision
The indicative period of use of the equipment component listed in Annex 4 to this Order, issued pursuant to Decree No 287 / 2016 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Order, shall be calculated from the date on which it was first issued.
Amendment of the Decree on the scope and manner of providing the equipment and equipment to soldiers in reserve in the service
Decree No. 287 / 2016 Coll., on the scope and method of providing the provision of the equipment and equipment to soldiers in reserve in service, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 5 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The dietary doses are:
(a) basic diet,
(b) diet for flyers; and
(c) food levy for paratroopers. ';
2. paragraphs 10 to 13 are deleted;
3. Annex 1 shall read as follows:
