The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (3) (c) and § 90 (6) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended by Act No. 76 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 222 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 167 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 312 / 2008 Coll.:

Čl. II

In Annex II to the Decree of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic of Czech Republic of 29 November 1988, No 14200 / 88, on the declaration of certain territories in the Czech Socialist Republic to be protected, as amended, the words "SPR" Little Bezdez, "K. Bezdez II in the district of Česká Lípa; amount 264 / 1949 Ú. l. 'shall be deleted.

Čl. III

The following shall be deleted:

1. Decree of the Ministry of Culture No 55.763 / 55 of 5.3.1956.

2. Decree of the Ministry of Education, Science and Arts No 2308 / 1949 Ú. l. II of 3.11.1949.

Čl. IV

Efficacy

This Decree shall take effect on 1 October 2009.
