DECLARATION

fixing the amount for determining the amount of the transport allowance under the Act on State Social Aid
In agreement with the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 29 of Act No. 117 / 1995 Coll., on State Social Support, as amended by Act No. 242 / 1997 Coll. and Act No. 271 / 2001 Coll.:
The amount corresponding to 40 times the one-way full fare in scheduled bus services at the tariff distance resulting from the applicable timetables is set out in the Annex to this Decree.
Decree No. 367 / 2002 Coll., establishing the amount for determining the amount of the transport allowance under the Act on State Social Aid, is hereby repealed.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 2003.
