THE LAW
of 29 May 2002
amending Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Enforcement of Government Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act)
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Article 14 (3) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Enforcement of State Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), the first sentence is: "For the first time licensees under paragraph 2 are obliged to make a contribution of CZK 50 000 000 in 2002."
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
