Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

Annex No 1 to Act No. 588 / 1992 Coll., on Value Added Tax, as amended by Act No. 196 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 321 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 42 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 136 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 258 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 133 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 151 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 208 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 129 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 17 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 22 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 100 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 241 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 256 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 141 / 2001 Coll., is amended as follows:

1. The code number of the Harmonised System "18069090 ', the name of the goods" - Other products' is added.

2. The code number of the Harmonised System "2835390010 ', the name of the goods" - Filling with domestic water treatment apparatus (phosphates)' is added.

3. In the Harmonised System code number 8421990010, the name of the goods "- Parts for domestic water treatment apparatus" is replaced by "- Parts for domestic water treatment apparatus including battery filter switches."
