of 2 October 1996
amending and supplementing Decree of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 82 / 1993 Coll., on reimbursement for residence in social care establishments, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 58 (c) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 114 / 1988 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the Czech Socialist Republic bodies in social security, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 144 / 1991 Coll. and the Act of the Czech National Council No. 582 / 1991 Coll., and under § 177a (1) of the Act No. 100 / 1988 Coll., on Social Security, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 37 / 1993 Coll., and Act No. 307 / 1993 Coll.:
Decree of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 82 / 1993 Coll., on payments for residence in social care establishments, as amended by Decree No. 138 / 1994 Coll., Decree No. 146 / 1995 Coll. and Decree No. 66 / 1996 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. Article 1 (1) (b) and (c) read:
"(b) for housing
| 1. v obytné místnosti se třemi a více obyvateli | 14 Kč, |
| 2. v obytné místnosti se dvěma obyvateli | 19 Kč, |
| 3. v obytné místnosti s jedním obyvatelem | 27 Kč, |
(c) necessary services
| 1. při celoročním nebo týdenním pobytu v ústavu | 33 Kč, |
| 2. při denním pobytu v ústavu | 16 Kč; |
cleaning, washing and cooking shall be deemed necessary. ';
2. In the first sentence of Article 3 (3), the word "calendar 'shall be inserted after the word" considered'.
3. In Article 15 (2), "30% 'is replaced by" 35%';
4. In Paragraph 17 (1), "CZK 120 'is replaced by" CZK 130'.
5. The second sentence of Paragraph 18 (1), including footnote 11, reads: "The rate of heating 1 m2 of the accommodation unit of the pension or home for mothers shall be fixed:
(a) as a proportion of the average monthly heating costs of the pension or home for mothers during the previous heating period (11) and its total heated floor area; or
(b) advances; on completion of the heating season, the actual heating costs and advances paid shall be settled within three calendar months.
11) Paragraph 2 (1) of Decree No. 245 / 1995 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Coll., laying down rules for heating and supply of hot commercial water, including the breakdown of costs for buildings and between final consumers. "
6. In the second and third sentences of Paragraph 18 (3), "CZK 135 'is replaced by" CZK 143'; in the second sentence, "CZK 85 'is replaced by" CZK 90' and in the fourth sentence, "CZK 70 'is replaced by" CZK 75'.
7. In Paragraph 18 (5), "65 CZK 'is replaced by" 70 CZK'.
8. In Paragraph 18 (10), the amount "130 CZK 'is replaced by" 150 CZK'.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 November 1996.
