of 16 August 1995
on the declaration and cancellation of declarations of certain cultural monuments for national cultural monuments
The government orders pursuant to § 4 paragraph 1 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 20 / 1987 Coll., on State Monument Care:
STATEMENT OF CERTAIN CULTURAL MEMORIES FOR NATIONAL CULTURAL MEMORIES
The following cultural monuments are declared national cultural monuments:
a) in the capital of Prague

3. The memorial of St. Wenceslas,
4. Church of St. Nicholas on the Lesser Side,
5. Old Jewish cemetery,
6. Old-fashioned synagogue,

(1) The location, description and spatial identification of the national cultural monuments referred to in Article 1 are set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
(2) The State Heritage Institute shall mark the national cultural monuments referred to in Section 1 within 2 copies of the cadastral maps within 60 days of the date of entry into force of this Regulation; 1 copy shall be deposited in the Central List of Cultural Monuments and 1 copy sent without delay to the Regional Office in whose administrative district the national cultural monument referred to in Article 1 is located.
(3) Where a part of the parcel is indicated in the spatial identification marks in the Annex to this Regulation, the part thereof which is drawn in copies of the cadastral maps referred to in paragraph 2 shall be understood to it.
WITHDRAWAL OF THE DECLARATION OF CERTAIN CULTURAL MEMORIES IN NATIONAL CULTURAL MEMORIES
1. The declaration of cultural monuments of the "U Chestnut" building in Prague-Břevnov, People's House in Prague and Duchovský viaduct, Lidice area and the former Přemyslovský Castle - Olomouc area for national cultural monuments 1)
2. The declaration of cultural monuments of Slavic Brotherhood in Munich, the Federal Worker's House "Hell" in Pilsen, the monument to the victims of the Svárovská strike in the Great Hamres, the monument to the Rumbury rebellion "Unhumbled," the monument of Josef Hybeš in Dasice and the monument to the victims of the Frývald strike in Lip for national cultural lands.2)
AMENDMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT REGULATION OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC No 55 / 1989 SB, ON THE DECLARATION OF CERTAIN CULTURAL MEMORIES FOR NATIONAL CULTURAL MEMORIES
The Decree of the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 55 / 1989 Coll., on the declaration of certain cultural monuments for national cultural monuments, as amended by the Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 112 / 1991 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In § 1 (1), the words "memorial to fallen partisans in Leskovice," "native house of Ludwig Svoboda" and the words "and Memorial of Ostrava Operation in Hrabyn."
2. The title, location and delimitation of the monuments are released in the Annex: a monument to fallen partisans in Leskovice, the home house of Louis Svoboda and the Memorial of the Ostrava Operation in Hrabyn.
EFFECTIVE
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
