on the Agreement on the Valorisation of the Czechoslovak Conventional Rate of Duty between the Republic of Czechoslovakia and the Republic of Poland, negotiated in Warsaw in exchange for a note of 23 and 27 March 1948.
The Agreement on the Valorisation of the Czechoslovak Contractual Rate between the Republic of Czechoslovakia and the Republic of Poland, negotiated in Warsaw by exchange of notes of 23 and 27 March 1948 and approved by the Government Order of 30 April 1948, No 157 Coll., in the provisional application pursuant to Article 1 of the Law of 4 July 1923, No 158 Coll., on the provisional adjustment of trade relations with foreign countries, and pursuant to Article VII of the Law of 22 June 1926, No 109 Coll., partially amending the Customs Tariff Act for the Czechoslovak Territories and the issue of provisions on trade relations with foreign countries, was approved by the National Assembly on 20 July 1948 and was ratified by the President of the Republic on 6 September 1948.
