on the issue of Price Code 2 / 2012 / SAR on the regulation of health care prices, setting of maximum prices for dental care for dental practitioners covered by public health insurance and specific health performance
The Ministry of Health, according to the provisions of Section 10 of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, announces that on 25 June 2012 it issued Price Code 2 / 2012 / DZP on the regulation of health care prices, the setting of maximum prices for dental care of dental practitioners paid from public health insurance and specific health performance. The price regulation came into effect on 1 July 2012 and is published in the Ministry of Health Bulletin No. 5 of 29 June 2012.
