amending the conditions for the use of a loan granted under Government Decree No. 190 / 1997 Coll., on the granting of financial aid in the area of housing to citizens affected by floods in 1997 or 1998, as amended, and the conditions for the use of a loan granted under Government Decree No. 148 / 1997 Coll., on the granting of an interest-free housing loan, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
The condition for the use of the loan granted under Government Decree No. 190 / 1997 Coll., on the granting of financial assistance in the area of housing to citizens affected by floods in 1997 or 1998, as amended, which provides for the completion of construction in such a way that the approval decision becomes legal within 4 years of the granting of the loan, is extended to 5 years.
The Ministry of Regional Development shall be authorised to extend the period referred to in Article 1 for a further year, in justified cases following the observations of the Mayor of the municipality in whose territory the construction is located.
The condition for the use of a loan granted under Government Decree No. 148 / 1997 Coll., on the granting of an interest-free loan for residential construction, as amended, which provides for the completion of construction in such a way that the approval decision becomes final no later than 4 years after the date of acquisition of the legal power of the building permit is extended to 5 years.
This law also applies to legal relationships arising before its effectiveness.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
