THE LAW
of 13 December 1994
amending Act No. 283 / 1993 Coll., on the Prosecutor's Office
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 283 / 1993 Coll., on the Prosecutor's Office, is amended as follows:
In Paragraph 42, the words "within one year of the effectiveness of this Act 'are deleted.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
