DECLARATION
Czech National Banks
of 1 October 1993
on the issue of commemorative silver CZK 200 on the first anniversary of the approval of the Constitution of the Czech Republic
The Czech National Bank provides according to § 22 (a) of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank:
§ 1
(1) On the occasion of the first anniversary of the approval of the Constitution of the Czech Republic, commemorative silver two hundred crowns (hereinafter referred to as "two hundred crowns") are issued.
(2) Two hundred koruna is issued in the normal version and in a special version intended for collector's purposes with a polished field of coin and matte relief (hereinafter referred to as the special version).
(3) Two hundred korona in normal and special design is rolled from an alloy containing 900 parts of silver and 100 parts of copper. The weight of two hundred crowns is 13 g, 31 mm diameter and 2.2 mm thickness. The edge of two hundred crowns in normal design is serrated, the edge of two hundred crowns in special design is smooth. A tolerance up and down of 0,13 g, 0,1 mm in diameter, 0,1 mm in thickness and 0,5% in silver shall be allowed for the stamping of two hundred crowns in normal and special design.
§ 2
(1) There is a stylized large state emblem of the Czech Republic on the cheek of two hundred crowns. The name of the State "CZECH REPUBLIC" is placed in one row in the vertical direction to the right of the national character. Under the national emblem is the denomination of the coin with the abbreviation "200 CZK." The annual issue of the two-hundred crown "1993" is placed under the abbreviation of a monetary unit. In the middle of the year of the issue is the brand of the mint, which drove two hundred crowns.
(2) On the reverse of the two-hundred koruna is placed in the left part of the coin field in two rows the date of approval of the Constitution of the Czech Republic "16.12.1992." To the right of the date, in two rows in the vertical direction, the inscription "THE CONSTITUTION OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC 'is placed. The author of the two hundred crown design is Jitka Jelínková. The initials of her name" JJ "in the square frame are placed at the bottom right edge of the coin.
§ 3
This Decree shall take effect on 15 December 1993.
