amending Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No 520 / 1990 Coll., on the remuneration of members of councils in municipalities, as amended by Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No 221 / 1991 Coll.
The Government of the Czech Republic orders the implementation of § 32 paragraph 1 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 367 / 1990 Coll., on Municipality (municipal establishment):
Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 520 / 1990 Coll., on remuneration to members of councils in municipalities, as amended by Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 221 / 1991 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Annex No 1 to date is replaced by the new Annex No 1, the text of which is set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
2. Annex No 2 to date is replaced by the new Annex No 2, the text of which is set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
Remuneration under this Regulation shall be granted for the first time for the month of May 1992.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
