DECLARATION
of 23 August 2024
amending Decree No 329 / 2019 Coll., on the prescription of medicinal products for the provision of health services, as amended
According to Article 114 (1) of Act No. 378 / 2007 Coll., on Medicines and on Amendments to Certain Related Acts (the Law on Medicines), as amended, the Ministry of Health provides for the implementation of Section 81a (1) of this Act:
Decree No. 329 / 2019 Coll., on the Prescription of Medicinal Products for the Provision of Health Services, as amended by Decree No. 53 / 2020 Coll., Decree No. 522 / 2021 Coll., Decree No. 421 / 2022 Coll. and Decree No. 458 / 2023 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 2 (1) (b), the words "or partner" shall be inserted after the word "husband."
2. In Article 5, at the end of paragraph 2, the dot is replaced by "and 'and the following point (h) is added:
"(h) patient identifier 19).
19) Article 2 (2) of Act No. 325 / 2021 Coll., on the Electralization of Health, as amended. '
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2025, with the exception of Article I (2), which shall take effect on 1 January 2026.
