of 23 October 2014
amending Act No. 239 / 2013 Coll., amending Act No. 56 / 2001 Coll., on the Conditions for the Operation of Vehicles on the Road and amending Act No. 168 / 1999 Coll., on Insurance of Liability for Damage Caused by the Operation of a Vehicle and on the Amendment to Certain Related Acts (Vehicle Liability Insurance Act), as amended by Act No. 307 / 1999 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
At the end of the text of Article VI of Act No. 239 / 2013 Coll., amending Act No. 56 / 2001 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Operation of Vehicles on the Road and amending Act No. 168 / 1999 Coll., on Insurance of Liability for Damage Caused by the Operation of a Vehicle and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts (Act on Liability Insurance from the Operation of a Vehicle), as amended, the following shall be added: Article 7 (1) (b) In the case of a vehicle which is not a vehicle, the Member State concerned shall inform the other Member States and the other Member States thereof.
Transitional provision
In the event of damage to the plate assigned to the registration mark, Article 7e of Act No. 56 / 2001 Coll., as amended by Act No. 239 / 2013 Coll., shall apply mutatis mutandis for the determination of the rights and obligations of the owner and the road vehicle operator and for the action of the municipal authority of the municipality with extended scope from 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2015.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
