DECLARATION
of 20 August 2013
amending Decree No. 1 / 2006 Coll., laying down the types and conditions of continuing training of teaching staff and its termination for educational staff of schools established by the Ministry of Interior
According to § 24 (6) of Act No. 563 / 2004 Coll., on pedagogic workers and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 198 / 2012 Coll.:
Decree No. 1 / 2006 Coll., laying down the types and conditions of further training of teaching staff and the method of its termination for educational staff of schools set up by the Ministry of Interior, is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 2 (2) (a), "0 to 2 years" is replaced by "up to 3 years";
2. in Article 2 (2) (b) and (c):
"(b) second degree - pedagogical practice of at least 3 years, participation in the creation of teaching texts and teaching aids and participation in teaching activities within schools or educational establishments set up by the Ministry of Interior (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry); and
(c) third degree - teaching experience of more than 7 years, of which at least 3 years of experience at a school or school establishment set up by the Ministry, independent creation of teaching texts and teaching aids, active teaching activities and a contribution to the creation of a school or educational establishment. "
3. in Article 2 (2), point (d) is deleted;
4. In Article 2 at the end of the text of paragraph 3, in Article 3 at the end of the text of paragraph 3 and in Article 4 at the end of the text of paragraph 3, the words "or ministerial educational establishments m2 'are added.

"2) Sections 8 (3) and 172 (2) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act), as amended. § 101 (1) and Annex 2 to Act No. 111 / 1998 Coll., on Higher Education and on the amendment and addition of other laws (Act on Higher Education), as amended. '
5. Paragraph 3 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) Continuous education for the purposes of this decree means:
(a) the acquisition of new knowledge from general pedagogy, pedagogical and school psychology, the theory of education, the prevention of socio-pathological phenomena, general didactics and scientific and technical disciplines and their field didactics and other knowledge needed for the performance of teaching practice; or
(b) maintaining existing and acquiring new professional knowledge and skills in the field of police or fire protection, integrated rescue, crisis management and public protection, including legal, technical and administrative security. ';
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 2013.
