DECLARATION
of 16 July 2012
repealing Decree No 447 / 2004 Coll., on the requirements for the quantities and types of food flavourings, their conditions of use, their health requirements and the conditions for the use of quinine and caffeine
According to Article 19 (1) (a) and (b) of Act No. 110 / 1997 Coll., on Food and Tobacco Products and amending and supplementing certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 306 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 146 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 316 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 120 / 2008 Coll.:
Decree No 447 / 2004 Coll., on the requirements for the quantities and types of food flavourings, their conditions of use, their health requirements and the conditions of use of quinine and caffeine, shall be deleted.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 August 2012.
