DECLARATION
Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports
of 30 September 1997
amending Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic No. 400 / 1991 Coll., on the material and financial security of foreigners studying in schools under the responsibility of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic, as amended by Decree No. 275 / 1995 Coll.
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides for the Act No. 29 / 1984 Coll., on the System of Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and Higher Vocational Schools (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 171 / 1990 Coll. and Act No. 138 / 1995 Coll., and pursuant to § 35 (2) (a) of Act No. 172 / 1990 Coll., on Higher Education:
Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic No. 400 / 1991 Coll., on the material and financial security of foreigners studying in schools under the responsibility of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic, as amended by Decree No. 275 / 1995 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 3 (1) (a), the amount "CZK 2500" is replaced by "CZK 3000."
2. in § 3 (1) (b) the amount "3000 CZK" is replaced by "3500 CZK."
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1998.
