The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic decided on 17 September 1996, in plenary, on the proposal of the Prefect of the Regional Office in Znojmo to repeal the generally binding Decree of the City of Znojma of 7 February 1995 No 35 / 1995 on the language implementation of written descriptions and inscriptions on the territory of Znojma
as follows:
The Decree of the City of Znojma No 35 / 1995 on the language implementation of written descriptions and inscriptions on the territory of the City of Znojma, adopted by the City Council in Znojmo with effect from 23 February 1995, shall be repealed with effect from the date of the declaration of findings in the Collection of Laws.
