GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 13 September 1995
declaring the 2nd amendment to the binding part of the urban plan of the Prague Central Bohemian agglomeration
The Government pursuant to Article 29 (2) of Act No. 50 / 1976 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended by Act No. 262 / 1992 Coll., provides:
2. the supplement to the binding part of the urban plan of Prague Central Bohemian conurbation as defined in Annex 1 to this Regulation is set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
The Zoning Plan of Prague Central Bohemian Agglomeration, approved by Government Resolution 155 / 1976 and supplemented by Government Resolution 24 / 1986, as amended by Government Resolution 516 / 1995, is deposited with the District Offices of Měník and Praha- East, the City of Prague Magistrate and the Ministry of Economy.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

1. When using the territory, protect the corridor of the D8 motorway route, indicated in the graphic section of the zoning plan in the scale 1: 50 000, in the section Prague - border of the district of Měník u Ledčice.
2. The buildings connected with the construction of the D8 motorway in the defined section are of public benefit.
