on official documents.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
Official list of the Czechoslovak Republic.
(1) In the "Official Journal of the Republic of Czechoslovakia" (hereinafter referred to as the "Official List"):
(a) general legislation applicable to the territory of the whole State or only to the territory of the Czech countries or parts thereof;
(b) decisions, measures, resolutions and communications by the President of the Republic, the National Assembly and its Bureau, the Government and its members, as well as national courts and public authorities (authorities), which must be made public throughout the country or only in the Czech countries (in their part);
(c) decisions, measures, resolutions and communications of courts and public authorities (public authorities) with competence only in the Czech countries, which must be made public.
(2) However, no general legislation, decisions, measures, resolutions and communications are published in the Official Journal for which, under the law, a declaration is provided for in the Collection of the Laws of the Czechoslovak Republic or in the Annex thereto or in another official notifier. The publication of the Official Journal may be refused:
(a) general provisions whose validity does not exceed the circumference of one region, unless specifically prescribed for them by publication in the Official Journal and sufficient to be made public by other appropriate means;
(b) decisions, measures, resolutions and communications of minor seriousness or of a narrowly defined significance for which no publication in the Official Journal is expressly prescribed.
(3) The official Czech text of the general legislation, published in the original Slovak version, is published in the Official Journal.
(4) Where the public interest so requires, general legislation, decisions, measures, resolutions and communications published in the Official Journal shall be reprinted in the Official Journal in the official Czech version. Decisions, measures, resolutions and communications may also be reprinted upon request.
(1) The authentic instrument is issued in two separate parts.
(2) The first edition of the Official Journal ("Official Gazette I") is to be classified as "Ú. l. I":
(a) general legislation [Paragraph 1 (1) (a)];
(b) the official Czech version of the general legislation published in Slovak Official Journal I (§ 1 (3));
(c) the editorial notice on the correction of the printing errors in Official Gazette I or the errors in its internal presentation.
(3) The second edition of the Official Journal (Official Gazette II, abbreviation "Ú. l. II") includes:
(a) decisions, measures, resolutions and communications (Article 1 (1) (b) and (c)), in particular:
(aa) the sheets of the President of the Republic appointing the President and other members of the Government as well as other decisions and measures of the President of the Republic;
(bb) measures taken by the National Assembly and its Bureau;
(cc) the Government resolution on the appointment (appeal) of the President and other members of the Board of Authors, as well as other decisions, measures, resolutions and communications of the Government and its members;
(dd) decisions, measures and communications from ministries and other public authorities (authorities);
(ee) judicial notice, in particular in the enforcement, bankruptcy and settlement proceedings, in the matters of registration in the Commercial (Corporate) and Social Register, in the death proceedings, in the deprivation proceedings, in the death proceedings, in the criminal proceedings, in the declaration of the establishment of a guardian and in the like;
(ff) publication of invitations to tender, press decisions, notices of authorisation and the prohibition of films and theatrical games, etc.,
(gg) the editorial notice on the correction of printing errors in Official Gazette II or the errors in its internal presentation;
(b) the official Czech version of the general legislation, decisions, measures, resolutions and communications published in the Official Journal and printed in the Official Journal pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 1 (4).
(1) Both parts of the Official Journal are to be issued in amounts each containing the indication of the date on which they were issued; this day pays for the day of publication.
(2) The arrangements for the internal presentation and publication of the Official Journal, in particular as regards the clear arrangements for the contents of the Official Journal, the marking of the content of the Official Journal and the labelling of the amounts of the Official Journal and the individual publication thereof, shall be laid down by the Ministry of the Interior.
Printed errors and errors in internal presentation The Official Journal shall be corrected by an editorial communication, which shall be deemed to have been correctly published from the outset.
Editorial and administration of the Official Journal is for the Ministry of the Interior.
(1) From 1 January 1950, the Official Journal shall cease to be an undertaking managed under the principles of business management. The details, in particular the manner in which the existing undertaking was wound up, shall be determined by the Minister for the Interior in agreement with the Minister for Finance.
(2) The publication fee and its (subscription) price shall be determined by the Ministry of the Interior by a decree issued in agreement with the State Office of Planning. Unless otherwise stated by the Ministry of the Interior (when adjusting the general nature of the decree), publication shall be made in the Official Journal for a fee.
(3) Statements of arrears of subscriptions and publication fees in the Official Journal, provided by the Ministry of the Interior with the enforcement clause, are executed by political execution. Outstanding amounts shall be written off.
Official Journal.
(1) The official list for Slovakia, which is published under the title "Official vest," shall read as follows:
(a) general legislation whose territorial validity applies to a perimeter not exceeding the territory of Slovakia;
(b) decisions, measures, resolutions and communications by courts and public authorities (s) having national jurisdiction, which must be made public only in Slovakia;
(c) decisions, measures, resolutions and communications by the Slovak National Council and its Bureau, the College of Authors and its members, as well as courts and public authorities (public bodies), which must be made public.
(2) The following shall be reprinted in the Official Journal:
(a) in the official Slovak version, the general legislation published in Official Journal I in the original Czech version and also in force in Slovakia;
(b) in the original Slovak version, the general legislation in force in Slovakia, published in Official Journal I.
(3) Where the public interest so requires, the following shall be reprinted in the Official Journal in the official or original Slovak language:
(a) the general legislation published in Official Journal I, which shall not apply to the territory of Slovakia;
(b) decisions, measures, resolutions and communications, published in Official Journal II. In this case, overprint is also possible upon request.
(4) Paragraph 1 (2) applies mutatis mutandis to the publication in the Official Journal.
(1) The Official Journal is published in two separate works.
(2) The first edition of the Official Journal ("Official Journal I") is to be classified as "Ú. v. I":
(a) general legislation [Paragraph 7 (1) (a)];
(b) the Slovak text of the general legislation published in the Official Journal (§ 7 (2) (a) and (b));
(c) the editorial notice on the correction of the printing errors in Official Journal I or the errors in its internal presentation.
(3) The second edition of the Official Journal ("Official Journal II") includes:
(a) decisions, measures, resolutions and communications (Article 7 (1) (b) and (c)), in particular:
(aa) decisions, measures, resolutions and communications by the College of Authors and its members, delegates and other public authorities (bodies);
(bb) judicial notice, in particular in the execution, bankruptcy and settlement proceedings, in the matters of registration in the register of commercial (corporate) and corporate (corporate) and corporate (corporate) and social (corporate), in the amortisation proceedings, in the deprivation proceedings, in the proceedings for death, in the criminal proceedings, in the declaration for the establishment of a guardian, and so on.
(cc) publication of invitations to tender, press decisions, communications on authorisations and the prohibition of films and theatrical games, etc.,
(dd) the editorial notice on the correction of the printing errors in Official Journal II or the errors in its internal presentation;
(b) the Slovak text of the general legislation, decisions, measures, orders and communications published in the Official Journal and reprinted in the Official Journal pursuant to § 7 (3).
Articles 3, 4 and 5 and 6 (2) and (3) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the Official Journal.
Provisions common and final.
Local national committees in Czech countries are required to obtain at least a copy of the Official Journal, local national committees in Slovakia at least a copy of the Official Journal, and to take measures to ensure that the Official Journal, in Slovakia, is accessible in the office of the local national committee in official hours to anyone who requests it.
They shall be deleted:
(a) Government Decree of 17 July 1919, No 397 Coll., amending the regulations on the publication of registrations;
(b) Decree of the President of the Republic of 14 August 1945, No. 66 Coll., on the Official List of the Czechoslovak Republic;
(c) Regulation of the Slovak National Council of 25 April 1946, No 53 Coll. on the issue of a judicial central notifier;
(d) the Decree of the Slovak National Council of 29 November 1946, No 116 Coll. n. SNR, on the publication of legislation, unless it has already been repealed;
(e) the provisions of the Act of 11 December 1934, No 250 Coll., on the amortisation of documents, and the provisions laid down therein, provided that they are contrary to that Act or to the provisions laid down therein; where, in the non-repealed provisions of that Act and the regulations issued pursuant to it, it is referred to as the notifier of the instrument of depreciation and lost (the notifier), the Official Journal;
(f) Paragraph 1 of the Government Decree of 25 September 1924, No. 206 Coll., implementing the Act on the Management of State Enterprises, Institutions and Equipment which are not primarily intended to carry out administrative tasks when the Official Journal of Prague and Bratislava declares an undertaking governed by the principles of commercial management;
(g) all provisions concerning the publication in the Official Journal of the European Union in Slovakia of general legislation.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1950; It shall be implemented by the Ministers of the Interior and Justice in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
