The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following higher-level collective agreement has been imposed:
Appendix 3 to the higher tier collective agreement for a fixed period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2032 of 26 April 2023 concluded on 30 January 2026 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of energy and mining
and
Employee association of the mining and oil industry.
