GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 17 January 2024
amending Government Regulation No 426 / 2016 Coll., on conformity assessment of radio equipment when making them available on the market, as amended
The Government hereby orders pursuant to Section 4 of Act No. 90 / 2016 Coll., on the conformity assessment of specified products when making them available on the market:
Government Regulation No. 426 / 2016 Coll., on the conformity assessment of radio equipment when making them available on the market, as amended by Government Regulation No. 499 / 2021 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 245 / 2023 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. footnote 1 shall read:
"(1) Directive 2014 / 53 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market and repealing Directive 1999 / 5 / EC, as amended by Regulation (EU) 2018 / 1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Directive (EU) 2022 / 2380 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023 / 1717. ';
2. In Annex 8, Part I, points 2 (a) and (b), the text "EN IEC 62680-1-3: 2021 'is replaced by the text" EN IEC 62680-1-3: 2022'.
3. In Annex No 8, Part I, point 3 (a), the text "EN IEC 62680-1-2: 2021 'is replaced by" EN IEC 62680-1-2: 2022'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 28 December 2024.
