amending Decree No. 478 / 2000 Coll., implementing the Road Transport Act, as amended
The Ministry of Transport provides, pursuant to Article 41 (2) of Act No. 111 / 1994 Coll., on Road Transport, as amended by Act No. 304 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 150 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 103 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 229 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 226 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 194 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 119 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 102 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 64 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 304 / 2017 Coll., Act No. 115 / 2020 Coll., Act No. 337 / 2020 Coll., and Act No. 217 / 2022 Coll., for Implementation § 21 (9), § 21c (4), § 21f (1) and § 34d (9):
Decree No. 478 / 2000 Coll., implementing the Road Transport Act, as amended by Decree No. 55 / 2003 Coll., Decree No. 281 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 269 / 2012 Coll., Decree No. 106 / 2013 Coll., Decree No. 307 / 2017 Coll., Decree No. 304 / 2020 Coll. and Decree No. 370 / 2020 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the group title above Section 11, the words "(K § 21 (8) and Article 21c (2) of the Act) 'are replaced by the words" (K § 21 (9) and Article 21c (4) of the Act'.
2. Paragraph 15, including the title, reads:
Taxi driver's card
The model of the driver's licence for the taxi service is set out in Annex 2 to this Order. '
3. In the heading of Section 15a, the words "(Paragraph 21e (1) of the Act) 'are replaced by the words" (Paragraph 21f (1) of the Act)'.
4. In Section 23a, the words "(K § 34d (6)) 'are replaced by the words" (K § 34d (9) of the Act'.
5. Annex 2, including the title:

Model driver's licence for taxi services
1. Description
a) The driver's card is a yellow plastic card size 54 x 85.6 mm with rounded corners.
(b) On the front of the driver's cab licence, a two-row chess bar consisting of alternately yellow and black squares shall be placed on the left of the shorter side of the licence. The upper left part of the licence shall bear the inscription "TAXISLUDE ROAD 'and the inscription" TAXI DRIVER LICENCE' in the second row. Under it is located in the left part of the licence digital processing of the driver's cab photo. Through the right lower corner of the photograph is placed a two-layer numbered hologram of a circular shape 16 mm in diameter. The upper right of the licence shall bear the inscription "Licence No / Licence No 'and the six-digit driver card number of the taxi service. On the right of the middle part of the licence, the name and, where applicable, the driver's surname shall be indicated in no more than 3 lines with a maximum line length of 13 characters. If the driver's name and surname exceed the maximum number of characters, some of the names shall appear on the licence copy by abbreviation or split the surname into two rows. The lower right of the licence shall bear the inscription" Validity to / Expires' and the date of expiry of the licence on the next line.
(c) On the rear of the driver's cab licence, a two-row chess stripe consisting of alternately yellow and black squares shall be placed on the left of the shorter side of the licence. In the lower part of the licence the inscription "The driver's card is issued on the basis of § 21c (4) of Act No. 111 / 1994 Coll., on road transport, as amended, and is a public document." and under it the inscription "Send the document found to the Ministry of Transport, L. Svobody 1222 / 12, 110 15 Praha 1."

Transitional provision
The driver's cab pass issued before the date of entry into force of this Order shall remain valid for the period specified therein.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on 1 February 2023.
