amending Decree No. 104 / 1997 Coll., implementing the Road Act, as amended
According to Article 46 (2) of Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., on Road, as amended by Act No. 102 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 80 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 97 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 347 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 152 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 196 / 2012 Coll., ("the Act '):
Decree No. 104 / 1997 Coll., implementing the Road Act, as amended by Decree No. 300 / 1999 Coll., Decree No. 355 / 2000 Coll., Decree No. 367 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 555 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 490 / 2005 Coll., Decree No. 527 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 317 / 2011 Coll. and Decree No. 288 / 2012 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 14 (1) (a), the words "minor construction according to a special regulation, 5) shall be deleted, including footnote 5.
2. in Paragraph 14 (2) (a), the words "and continuous" shall be inserted after the word "common."
3. Article 15 (1) shall be replaced by a dot at the end of point (d) and point (e) shall be deleted.
4. Paragraph 39 (1) is deleted.
Paragraphs 2 to 5 shall be renumbered paragraphs 1 to 4.
5. In Paragraph 39 (3), "2 'is replaced by" 1';
6. In Annex 5, point 2.1, the words "worn abrasive layers' are replaced by the words" road lines'.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 March 2014.
