DECLARATION
of 18 January 2012
fixing the amount of the flat-rate amount of the costs of printing the veterinary certificate for export and the amount of the flat-rate amount of the costs of carrying out border veterinary checks
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 78 of Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Veterinary Act), as amended by Act No. 308 / 2011 Coll., for the implementation of § 38b. 3 and § 75 (5) of the Veterinary Act:
§ 1
Subject matter
This decree sets, following the directly applicable European Union1), the amount of the flat-rate amount of the costs of:
(a) printing of the health certificate for export on a price paper with marks on it;
(b) carrying out border veterinary checks for a period of 2 years.
§ 2
Amount of the flat-rate amount of the costs of printing the veterinary certificate for export
(1) The amount of the flat-rate amount of the costs associated with the printing of the veterinary certificate for export on the price paper with the marks is 185 CZK.
(2) The amount of the flat-rate amount of the costs associated with the printing of the Annex to the health certificate for export on the price paper with the marks is CZK 50.
§ 3
Amount of the flat-rate amount of costs associated with border veterinary checks
The amount of the flat-rate amount of the costs of carrying out border veterinary checks for 2012 and 2013 is set out in the Annex to this Decree.
§ 4
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
