repealing Decree No 80 / 1963 Coll., on the organisation of housing of national committees
The Ministry of Interior of the Czech Socialist Republic provides for, pursuant to § 2 (b) and § 5 of the legal measure of the Bureau of the National Assembly No. 1 / 1963 Coll., on the Central Administration for the Development of the Local Economy, as amended by § 6 (2) of Act No. 115 / 1965 Coll., on changes in the organisation and competence of certain sectoral central authorities, and in conjunction with § 12 (3) of the Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central authorities of the Czech Socialist Republic, as amended by the Act No. 147 / 1970 Coll.:
The decree of the Head of the Central Administration for the Development of the Local Economy No. 80 / 1963 Coll., on the organisation of housing of national committees, is hereby repealed.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
