on the extension of the effectiveness of the adjustment of property penalties for electricity, heat and heating gas supplies and purchases
The State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic provides pursuant to § 395 (b) of Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll., as amended by Act No. 138 / 1970 Coll.:
The effectiveness of the Order of the Chief Arbiter of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No. 104 / 1970 Coll., on the transitional adjustment of property penalties for electricity, heat and heating gas supplies and collection is extended until 31 December 1973.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 1973.
