DECLARATION
State Planning Commission and Ministry of Finance
of 12 March 1965
on extending assistance to railway workers in cooperative housing and family houses
The State Planning Commission and the Ministry of Finance, in agreement with the Ministry of Transport, the Central Council of Trade Unions, the Central Council of Cooperatives and the State Bank of Czechoslovakia, provide for Article 391 of Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll.:
On the basis of Government Resolution No. 688 / 1964, the advantages granted under Decree No. 191 / 1964 Coll., are extended by the financial, credit and other assistance to cooperative housing and the construction of family houses, as follows:
1. The 10-year period laid down in Article 12 (2) of Decree No 191 / 1964 Coll. for the remission of the rest of the loan (90%) provided by the organisation for the acquisition of an apartment in a building housing cooperative also applies to certain railway transport workers, to workers of locomotive and train crews, to shippers, signalists, crossings, workers working on the maintenance and restoration of railway superstructure, road workers, repairers, repairers of fixed traction equipment and signalling and coupling supervisors.
2. The advantages granted to builders of family houses pursuant to § 14 (1) (a) (bb) of Decree No. 191 / 1964 Coll. also apply to workers in the railway sector.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication. It shall apply to cooperative housing construction starting from 1 January 1965; from the same day it shall also apply to the construction of family houses carried out on the basis of a building permit issued after 20 November 1964.
