on the unification of disciplinary regulations in the field of the Ministry of Communications.
The Bureau of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic has decided on the following legal measure under Article 66 of the Constitution:
The importance of the tasks performed by employees in the Ministry of Communications requires a uniform disciplinary order to be issued in order to strengthen state and work discipline in all sectors of the field. The uniform disciplinary order for all employees in the Ministry of Communications shall be issued by the Minister of Communications with the consent of the Government.
On the day of the entry into force of the single disciplinary order, the provisions of the existing regulations on the prosecution of criminal offences for employees in the Ministry of Communications cease to apply.
This legal measure shall take effect on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Minister of Communications in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
