Decree of the Ministry of Health and Justice
of 3 January 1949
establishing a State Veterinary Investigation Institute in Liberec.
The Ministry of Health and Justice declares, pursuant to Section 3, paragraph 4 of the Decree of 13 October 1897, No 240, on the establishment of state institutes for the examination of foodstuffs and articles, the needs of the kind mentioned in the Law of 16 January 1896, No 89, of 1897:
On 1 January 1949 he began to impress State Veterinary Investigation Institute based in Liberec, established under the Act of 16 January 1896, No 89, 1897, on trade in foodstuffs and certain items of need (hereinafter referred to as the Institute).
The Official District of the Institute is the District of the Regional National Committee in Liberec.
The Institute shall carry out the tasks of investigating food of animal origin referred to in Regulation No 240 / 1897, except as regards the chemical investigation of foodstuffs.
