Decree of the Minister for Agriculture
of 11 February 1948
on the abolition of the state district office for land reform in Prague and the establishment of state district offices for land reform in Prague-West and Prague-East in Prague.
According to Article 8 (1) of the Act of 11 June 1919, No 330 Coll., on the Land Office, § § 1, 2 and 6 of the Government Order of 6 July 1920, No 451 Coll., on the District Offices of the Land Office and the Government Order of 25 January 1935, No 22 Coll., which abolishes the Land Office (State Property Office) and its jurisdiction is hereby ordered to the Ministry of Agriculture, the following are hereby declared:
§ 1.
The State District Office for Land Reform in Prague, established by the Order of the President of the State Property Office of 9 May 1921, No. 192 Coll., on the establishment of the District Office of the State Property Office of Prague, as amended by the Regulations of the President of the State Property Office of 4 November 1921, No. 413 Coll., on the establishment of the District Office of Mladá Byslav, České Budějovice and Olomouc, and of 4 February 1922, No. 44 Coll., on the establishment of the District Office of State Property Office of Hradec Králová a Plzeň.
§ 2.
(1) State district offices for land reform Prague-West and Prague-East are established, both based in Prague.
(2) The scope of the State Circuit Office for Land Reform Prague-West applies to the judicial districts: Benesov nad Ploučnice, Beroun, Bílina, Břetná, Březnice, Decin, Dobří, Doupov, Duchcov, Hora Sv. Kateřina, Hora Sv. Šebestiana, Hořovice, Chabarovice, Chomutov, Jesenice, Jirkov, Kadana, Kamenice Česká, Kladno, Kralupy nad Vltavá, Křivoklát, Libochovice, Litoměce, Litvínov Horní, Louny, Lovosice, Měník, Most, Podbořany, Postoloprty, Praha-North (only part of the Left Bank of Vltava), Průbram, Průbram, Růčnice, Rásník, Rásník, Rásník, Ránek, Stánek, Stánek, Stánek, Stánek,
(3) The scope of the State District Office for Land Reform Prague-East in Prague applies to the judicial districts: Benesov, Brandýs nad Labem, Brod Český, Brod Havlíčková, Čáslav, Habry, Hora Kutná, Humpolec, Janovice Uhířská, Jílové, Kolín, Kostelec nad Černých Lesy, Kouřim, Ledec nad Sázavou, Neveklov, Polná, Prahaj- south, Praha- north (only part lying on the right side of the Vltava), Praha- inner town, Prahaha- East, Romans, Sedlčany, Sedlec, Štok, Vlaší and Votice.
§ 3.
This Decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
