Decret of the President of the Republic
of 9 July 1945
on the repeal of the Law of 4 July 1934, No. 165 Coll., on the Retirement of Judges by Age.
On the proposal of the Government and in agreement with the Slovak National Council, I establish:
The Law of 4 July 1934, No. 165 Coll., on the Retirement of Judges by Age, is hereby repealed.
This Decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
The Prime Minister and the Minister of Justice shall be responsible for its implementation.
