of 27 May 2020
amending Decree No. 134 / 1998 Coll., issuing a list of health performance with points, as amended, and Decree No. 70 / 2012 Coll., on preventive examinations, as amended by Decree No. 317 / 2016 Coll.
According to Article 17 (4) of Act No. 48 / 1997 Coll., on Public Health Insurance and on the amendment and addition of certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 245 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 298 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 369 / 2011 Coll., the Constitutional Court's finding, as amended by Act No. 238 / 2013 Coll., and Act No. 200 / 2015 Coll., and pursuant to § 120 of Act No. 372 / 2011 Coll., on Health Services and Conditions of Provision (Law on Health Services), as amended by Act No. 111 / 2019 Coll., for the implementation of Section 5 (3) of the Health Services Act:
Amendment of the Decree issuing a list of health performance with point values
In the Annex to Part 2 of the List of Health Performance of Chapter 115 - Gastro-enterology - Group 1 of Decree No. 134 / 1998 Coll., issuing the list of health performance with points, as amended by Decree No. 143 / 2018 Coll., the first number "55" in the sentence is replaced by "50" and the sentence "Performance can be reported at the workplace with valid accreditation for colorectal cancer screening."
Amendment of the Preventive Inspection Order
Decree No. 70 / 2012 Coll., on preventive inspections, as amended by Decree No. 317 / 2016 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 2 (e) (4), the words "from 55 years of age" shall be deleted and after the words "this examination" shall be inserted the words "is."
2. In Article 7 (k), the word "a 'is replaced by a semicolon after the words" two-year intervals'.
EFFECTIVE
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 July 2020.
