DECLARATION
of 21 September 2007
amending Decree No. 345 / 2002 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Coll., laying down the measuring instruments for compulsory verification and measuring instruments subject to type approval, as amended by Decree No. 65 / 2006 Coll., and repealing certain other regulations
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to § 27 of Act No. 505 / 1990 Coll., on Metrology, as amended by Act No. 119 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 137 / 2002 Coll.:
Decree No 345 / 2002 Coll., laying down the measuring instruments for compulsory verification and the measuring instruments subject to type approval, as amended by Decree No 65 / 2006 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Section 2, the words "test machines for mechanical testing of material," are deleted.
2. In the Annex, entry 1.1.6 is deleted.
Item 1.1.7 is renumbered 1.1.6.
3. In the Annex to items 2.4 and 2.4.1:
"2.4 Force gauges
| 2.4.1 Napínací soupravy na předpjatý beton a horninové kotvy | 6 měsíců“. |
4. In the Annex, entry 3.1.2 is deleted.
Items 3.1.3 to 3.1.5 are renumbered 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
5. In the Annex, entry 4.2 is deleted.
6. In the Annex, entry 8.7 reads as follows:
"8.7 Non-spectrometric measuring instruments for activities and doses used to control compliance with limits in the field of radiation protection or nuclear safety and to measure emergency 2 years'.
7. In the Annex, entry 8.9 is deleted.
Items 8.10 to 8.12 are renumbered 8.9 to 8.11.
Repeal
The following shall be deleted:
1. Decree No. 66 / 2004 Coll., laying down requirements for control torque keys.
2. Decree No. 67 / 2004 Coll., laying down requirements for pendulum hammers.
3. Decree No. 68 / 2004 Coll., laying down requirements for metal hardness meters.
4. Decree No. 70 / 2004 Coll., laying down requirements for shredding machines and presses.
5. Decree No. 71 / 2004 Coll., laying down requirements for measuring assemblies with Epstein apparatus for measuring magnetic properties of sheets for electrical equipment.
6. Decree No. 72 / 2004 Coll., laying down requirements for measurement kits for the measurement of magnetic characteristics of magnets.
7. Decree No. 379 / 2006 Coll., laying down requirements for thermometers used for the determination of gross calorific values for balance-sheet measurements.
Efficacy
This Order shall take effect on the first day of the third calendar month following its publication.
