GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 27 October 1999
on the guarding of certain objects important for State defence
The Government orders pursuant to § 14 (3) of Act No. 219 / 1999 Coll., on the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic, and under § 29 (2) (c) of Act No. 222 / 1999 Coll., on securing the defence of the Czech Republic:
(1) Objects of strategic importance, important for defence of the state and guarded soldiers of the Army of the Czech Republic, are:
(a) a wholesale fuel and lubricant warehouse of ČEPRO a. s.
(b) the wholesale of fuel and lubricants ČEPO a. s. Loukov,
(c) a large fuel and lubricant warehouse of ČEPO a. s. Šnapánov.
(2) Objects referred to in paragraph 1 are guarded by soldiers of the Army of the Czech Republic in a total of 350 persons.
They shall be deleted:
1. Government Decree No. 21 / 1958 Coll., implementing the Defence Act.
2. Government Order No. 41 / 1961 Coll., on Accommodation of Armed Forces.
3. Government Decree No. 42 / 1961 Coll., on Expropriation for Defence.
4. Government Decree No. 44 / 1963 Coll., amending Government Decree No. 42 / 1961 Coll., on Expropriation for Defence.
5. Ordinance of the Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic No. 382 / 1991 Coll., on the use of soldiers in active service of the Czechoslovak army in guarding objects of particular importance and protecting state borders.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 December 1999.
